Delete Your Fluentia Account

Fluentia TM is owned and operated by 43DNVN LLC. This page explains how users can request account deletion and what data is deleted or retained.

Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Fluentia account, email important1605@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Fluentia account. Use the subject line: Delete my Fluentia account.

You can also use the in-app Delete account option from the Profile or Account area when signed in.

Data Deleted

Account deletion removes your Fluentia account profile, sign-in session, learning progress, practice responses, scores, streaks, saved vocabulary, and local subscription access records controlled by Fluentia.

Data That May Be Kept

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or Google Play subscription history. Google Play subscriptions must be managed or cancelled through Google Play.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request. Some backups or legal records may take longer to expire according to standard retention practices.
