Fluentia Privacy Policy

Fluentia TM is owned and operated by 43DNVN LLC. This policy explains how Fluentia handles information when you use the Fluentia English learning app.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, user ID, and password authentication data. We may collect learning activity such as lesson progress, practice answers, scores, streaks, vocabulary review, and study preferences.

If you use voice practice, the app may process audio that you choose to record for pronunciation and speaking feedback. We may also receive purchase and subscription status from Google Play Billing or RevenueCat.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide account access, English practice, tutor feedback, pronunciation support, subscription access, support, security, app improvement, and account deletion controls.

Sharing

We do not sell user data. We may share data with service providers needed to operate the app, such as hosting, analytics, AI voice or tutor services, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, and support tools.

Security

Production services should use HTTPS encryption in transit. Users should keep login credentials private and contact us if they believe their account is at risk.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Fluentia account and associated app data. See the account deletion page for steps and retention details.

Children

Fluentia is currently intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
